I lifted it from a letter my (now deceased) father-in-law, Arne Sturis, sent me in 1989, expressing his pleasure at my engagement to his son, whom I’d met mere months before. Not only was he known for his beautiful penmanship, he loved the English language and was an all-around fantastic guy. Kind of like his son.
Well, I’ve been interested in meditation and the power of compassion for ages, and something about HeartMath just “called” to me. I guess it’s the neat combination of science and all the “soft” stuff I so firmly believe in. The HeartMath techniques and technology have helped me a lot in stressful times, and I think it’s an honor to be able to share that wisdom with others. The world needs more people who tap into their heart’s intelligence!
Thorbjørn Harold Sturis. 105 kg of drool, floor-shaking snores and farts that leak out like a deflating balloon. I wouldn’t trade him for the world.
